Alexanders House children's home in Sunderland catering for 3 children aged 8-18 years old.
We have 2 posts available:
One permanent post starting as soon as possible. The rate of pay is £15.25 per hour working 36 hours per week (£28548) per annum with 201.4 hours of holiday per calendar year. You work 2 shifts per week from 10am - 10.30am and will be paid a sleep in allowance of £63.50 per shift.
You will be joining a team of 9 other staff.
We ask if candidates are applying they only do so if the have 2 years experience working in a residential setting and have a level 3 Residential Childcare qualification or equivelent.
Maternity Cover - Dec 26 - Sept 27
We are looking to appoint a Residential Care Worker to cover 9 months of Maternity Leave starting 1st Dec 2026 - 31st Aug 27
The rate of pay is £14.50 per hour working 36 hours per week (£27144) per annum with 201.4 hours of holiday per calendar year (151 hours of holiday for the 9 month period).
ou work 2 shifts per week from 10am - 10.30am and will be paid a sleep in allowance of £63.50 per shift.
You will be joining a team of 9 other staff.
